Anne Yazdani

Anne Yazdani is the Technical Business Analyst at Synapse.  She joined the Operations team in June 2024, to help bridge the gap between business and technology.  She acts as an administrator for the business software applications used throughout the company, collaborates with IT and application vendors to resolve technical issues within the company, and evaluates existing frameworks and collaborates across departments to optimize the technological landscape and enhance the overall business performance.   

Prior to joining Synapse, Anne worked as an Electrical Engineer in the Defense Contractor industry.  She worked at Raytheon, on Satellite Communication systems, testing, debugging and documenting RF circuit boards.  Before that, she worked at Draper, on various projects ranging from Inertial Momentum Units, to programming, testing, debugging and documentation in various development efforts.  Anne has also held many roles in schools and sports organizations, including up to the board level.  

Anne earned her Bachelor of Science from Bates College and her Bachelor of Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
