Assessment of Utility Electric Vehicle Programs

Synapse was retained by the Illinois Office of the Attorney General to provide expert witness services in the review of electric vehicle programs proposed by Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) and Ameren Corporation (Ameren). This effort included an assessment of the role of the utility in providing rebates for electric vehicles and charging stations, equitable access to proposed programs, issues related to the treatment of electrification expenses as a regulatory assessment, and an assessment of rate impacts.
