Intervenor Trainings by the Office of the Consumer Counsel in Connecticut

Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel
Project ongoing.

With the creation of the Stakeholder Group Compensation Program, Connecticut’s Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC) is hosting trainings to support effective intervention in Public Utilities Regulatory Authority’s (PURA) dockets. These trainings will explain the role and function of OCC and PURA, define procedural equity and the steps the state is taking to support it, increase awareness of and interest in potential upcoming dockets, and expand and enhance the participation of intervenors in those dockets. Synapse is developing materials for seven training sessions by June 2025, including five recorded trainings and two live trainings.
