Michelle Predi

Michelle Predi joined Synapse in 2020. As Senior Proposal & Contracting Lead, she shepherds opportunities through the proposal process from feasibility assessment through contracting. As part of Synapse’s communication team, Michelle also supports the production of Synapse’s work product and business development materials.

Prior to joining Synapse, Michelle worked as a paralegal for the Environmental Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where she drafted marketing materials for the division and copyedited court filings, ensuring that materials were accurate, clear, concise, written in plain language, and met court-specifications. Before that, Michelle worked as a research analyst with Industrial Economics, Inc., where she conducted program evaluations for Federal, State, and private entities.

Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University.
