Performance-Based Regulation in Nevada

Synapse provided technical assistance to Western Resource Associates (WRA) and its partner clean energy organizations in a rulemaking proceeding convened to implement a new Performance-Based Regulation (PBR) statute in Nevada. Synapse drafted two sets of comments for the proceeding. We also supported WRA in technical sessions and in charting strategy with other peer organizations intervening in this proceeding.
