Demand Side Management Incentive Mechanism in Missouri

Synapse assisted the Office of Public Counsel in reviewing and critiquing the shareholder incentive performance mechanisms proposed by two Missouri utilities.  Synapse helped prepare alternative mechanisms intended to achieve a better balance between protecting consumers and providing appropriate incentives to maximize the benefits of energy efficiency.
