Together with Optimal Energy and the Vermont Department of Public Service, Synapse performed a review of past analyses of the economic impacts of public efficiency programs and reported on a 2011 study conducted by Optimal and Synapse that estimated the economic impacts of Vermont’s programs using the REMI model.
