Green Alternatives for Los Angeles Department of Water and Power IRP

Synapse reviewed the 2010 Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) IRP and provided analysis to the Natural Resources Defense Council evaluating the opportunity to use renewable energy and efficiency resources to reduce fossil fuel requirements in the near and long term. Synapse produced a flexible tool that allowed stakeholders to choose new resources, retire existing resources, and change renewable energy and energy efficiency parameters.
