Review of Duke and Gulf Power Florida Ten-Year Site Plans

On behalf of Sierra Club, Synapse reviewed the Florida Public Service Commission 2013 ten-year site plans (TYSPs) for both Duke Energy and Gulf Power Company. Synapse identified areas in which Duke or Gulf Power’s planning appeared incomplete or erroneous, and assisted Sierra Club with drafting supplemental comments for the Public Service Commission outlining these concerns. Project completed October 2013.
