Sarah Brooks

Sarah Brooks joined Synapse in March 2021. As a Human Resources Associate, she supports Synapse by facilitating benefit programs, policy development, hiring, performance review, and employee lifecycle processes. Prior to December 2022, Sarah functioned as Synapse's Communication Associate, supporting internal and external communications.

Prior to joining Synapse, Sarah worked as a fellow for the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, where she supported the Technology Development team in providing grant funding for Massachusetts companies in the clean technology space. Additionally, Sarah worked as a fellow for the Sierra Club, coordinating digital content such as social media, newsletters, graphic design, and physical marketing materials.

Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from Northeastern University. She has minors in Global Social Entrepreneurship and Photojournalism.
