Expert Testimony Regarding Pepco's Multi-Year Rate Plan 2023

Synapse was retained by the Maryland Office of the People's Counsel to provide expert witness testimony on the multi-year rate plan proposed by Pepco. Synapse provided written and verbal testimony on a variety of topics related to decarbonization. Eric Borden testified on issues related to Pepco’s proposed performance incentive mechanisms, Courtney Lane testified on Pepco’s proposed electric vehicle program proposals, benefit cost analysis, and cost recovery approach, and Kenji Takahashi testified on Pepco’s proposed building electrification programs.
